[YOU & A] Milo Zelle talks curry and Kurmanji

Senior Milo Zelle knows what he likes. Now you do too:

What’s one book you wish everyone would read, and why?

I wish everyone would read Manufacturing Consent, it’s a must for understanding the ways that modern information media is shaped and delivered.

What’s your ultimate comfort food?

My ultimate comfort food is Chicken Curry from Everest on Grand, a local Nepalese restaurant.

If you could pick any language and learn it instantly, which one would you pick?

I would learn Kurmanji, the northern Kurdish dialect, because it’s near impossible to find tools to learn it otherwise and it would facilitate my interest in following the conflict in Syria.

What’s your favorite word, and why?

My favorite word is definitely Melancholy, because of its origins in the medical theory of the four humors.

What’s your favorite thing to do?

My absolute favorite thing to do is filling out Rubicon surveys.

Tell The Rubicon what you like at YOU & A. Your answers may show up in a future print issue or online.
