Winter Sports Preview: Boy’s Hockey receives young but strong members
Boys hockey’s strong season last year should translate to another strong season this year. “Last year, we won 17 games out of 24,” senior Cal Nicholson said. “We graduated four seniors, but we got a lot of guys too—there’s a bunch of freshman and sophomores who joined the team, and that’s a big help.” An experienced group of seniors for the coming season should give the new team members time to learn and improve, while keeping the team as competitive as it was last year.
“I’m pretty excited,” freshman Noel Parker said. “We’re going to do good this year. I’m looking forward to playing at the next level.”
