Minnesota reported 2,324 cases of whooping cough last Friday, the highest since 2012. Health officials were expecting a spike in whooping cough as it usually spikes every 3-5 years. Whooping caught returning to pre covid trends marks the point in contagious diseases following their original trends.

The Syrian Assad stayed in power for 50 years while backed by Russia and Iran their hold on Syria was stronger but with Russia being occupied its support has gone down. The Bashar al-Assad had seemed strong entering the weekend but suddenly disappeared just hours before the country was occupied.
