A lawsuit against a metro transit police officer, Eddie Frizell, was filed by two workers Blakey and Jones. They claim Frizell intentionally caused issues to demote them due to their race. With examples of punishments that were never placed upon white officers.

On Valentine’s day two to four inches of snow came over the twin cities, which resulted in many crashes including 50 that ended in injuries. Additionally, Elizabeth Radecki passed away due to a crash in Washington County.

President Donald Trump said on Friday that he will pursue his plan on putting tariffs on foreign cars. This newly proposed tariff as well as others could have huge consequences on the automotive industry.

Recently under Trump’s leadership, the clean energy department has been receiving deep budget cuts. Around 60 people or 1/4th the original workforce has been laid off and it is said that another 60 people would be laid off.
