He believes the community doesn't know how much time security spends protecting people's cars. "We're noticing people parked in a no parking zone and [that] they're going to get towed. We're noticing that on a snow emergency day, they parked on the wrong side of the road, and we're sending emails and letting people know," Glewwe said.

READY FOR ROBOTICS. On Nov. 10, three robotics teams from SPA competed at the league meet Center Stage on the road to qualifying for tournaments. Before competition, team members add finishing touches to their creation. Freshman Alex Haupt said, “We had to figure out how to innovate all these engineering problems and create this ramp.

FIST BUMPS FOR STATE. On Saturday, Jan. 21, both robotics teams, The Autonomice (#11117) and The Robotters (#12660), competed in the FIRST Tech Challenge and successfully qualified for the state tournament. Stay tuned in for their state tournament on Feb. 11.
