He believes the community doesn't know how much time security spends protecting people's cars. "We're noticing people parked in a no parking zone and [that] they're going to get towed. The Centers for Disease Control continues to update confirmed COVID-19 cases globally. The map currently highlights the spread as of 11 a.m. on Mar. 3.
