Every sport has unique terminology, like words to describe different strategies or slang that only fans of the sport can understand. Cross country has something unique.
SPA’s cross-country teams gave it their all at the Metro Invitational this past weekend, tackling a flat, fast course that challenged their pacing and mental endurance.
After the abrupt end of her collegiate career, Sophie Schmitz pursued new endeavors in dentistry, while still trying to nurture her love for cross country.
Cross Country is a great community that is open to anyone and the new coach makes adjustments to fit any skill level, and that includes beginners that have no running experience.
Sports seasons have been altered and shifted at every turn during their 2020 fall seasons. However, most sports are still having sections, and all of them are currently wrapping up their seasons.
