Senior Marlee Baron is looking forward to her fourth year on staff and her first year as the managing editor for The Rubicon. She has previously worked as a staff writer, an A&E editor and the Around Town editor on The Rubicon print staff. Outside of journalism at school she is a captain of the alpine ski team, a president of the Community Action and Service club, a member of summit singers and summit chamber choir. Outside of school Marlee works as a ski instructor and a babysitter and is active in her church youth group. Marlee loves using journalism as a way to learn more about the SPA community and highlight things that are important to students. She can be reached at [email protected]

Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The  Musical is a playful show that lives up to the books. This is the "Cheese Touch" scene which revolves around a piece of moldy cheese on the playground no one will touch. It's a very fun scene with really cool choreography.

Seniors Evva Parsons and Maddie Flom-Staab will be traveling to Germany this summer to spend the year abroad with the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX).  “It’s a big intense application process with interviews and all that jazz. It was like another college application.” Flom-Staab said.
