After completing homework and relaxing after a stressful day of school, sleeping is the best way to rejuvenate. Turning the lights to a relaxing blue and slipping into cool fresh sheets is the best feeling ever.

Reading is a way for people to relax and take care of themselves. Hobbs is currently reading “of mice and men,” a book about two male migrant workers.

While scrolling through social media Hobbs found a new movie to watch. It's an old animated movie from 1985 called Angel's Egg. with the stress from the pandemic and school too, finding new activists to decompress has been crucial for living both a physically and mentally healthy life.

Making sure to take time out of the day to enjoy the weather is so important for people's mental health. Taking just 15 minutes to go outside slows down time.

Whether crystals sit there to be pretty or are used for other healing purposes, they serve as a reminder to stay focused and to relax.

Doing homework is a large portion of Hobbs’ life. Hobbs gets home and immediately does a portion of homework. Studying with colored pens and pencils and well as aesthetically pleasing stationary has been a way for homework to be more enjoyable.

A picture of Hobbs’ workspace as the sun sets. As the snow starts to melt and the sun sets later and later in the day, watching the sunset has been a wonderful way to track time while life is such a blur.

Although the gym may seem small to many, the court is as big as outer space to the players when they have to run back and forth over and over again.
