Lucas Johnson, Sports Editor
Senior Lucas Johnson serves as a Sports Editor on The Rubicon. Aside from being heavily interested in journalistic writing, Lucas is an avid golfer and golfs two to three times a week. He follows the PGA Tour closely and his favorite golfer is Rory McIlroy. Lucas also works on a News Team through ThreeSixty Journalism. The team is dedicated to getting young students hooked on journalism. He will be formulating his own story ideas and schedule this fall and (with a bit of luck) be able to interview his favorite NBA team, the Minnesota Timberwolves. Apart from the sports interests, Lucas plays classical piano in his free time.
