Alyda Overgaard (she/her) is a multisport athlete and the second youngest of four. She has a brother Connor who is a freshman in college, a sister Maren who is a junior, and a younger brother Peter who is in seventh grade. Alyda enjoys being one of the youngest as she has multiple role models to look up too. Her favorite meal is lemon chicken made by her mom, which also happens to be a family tradition eaten for every birthday dinner. Overgaard works as a Staff Writer for The Rubicon.
