Senior Noor Qureishy, in her fourth year on staff, is The Rubicon’s Managing Editor. Qureishy is the Co-President of the Muslim Student Alliance group and utilizes her compassionate nature to write all types of, but especially long-form, journalism. Her summer job at Press Publications taught her valuable skills and expanded her journalistic knowledge. In the year to come, Qureishy hopes to explore how the new print and online editions of The Rubicon can coexist, and how both staffs can work together to improve quality coverage. When she isn’t working diligently on The Rubicon, Qureishy enjoys reading fiction, writing in her journal, and hanging out with friends.

Sophomore Stephanie Li checks her World History folder in Google Drive after school, working hard to stay organized and keep up with her latest assignments. “[Google Drive] is for the most part effective in the classroom… if you’re traveling you can’t really use it but it’s easy for teachers and students to access, it helps with organizations and it saves things automatically so it’s more reliable than Word,” she said.
