Hadestown, a musical by singer-songwriter Anaïs Mitchell, interwines two mythic tales: that of Orpheus and Eurydice and that of King Hades and Queen Persephone. On Broadway, it’s the winner of eight Tony Awards including Best Musical and the Grammy Award® for Best Musical Theater Album.
It comes to the Huss Center for the Performing arts from May 16-18 in the teen adaptation, a show that will take viewers to the underworld and back to imagine how the world could be.
