Almost all of Brasa’s menu is gluten free.

Brasa

Brasa Premium Rotisserie’s entire menu is gluten free, save for the sandwich rolls, sliced bread and cornbread. Its food is “inspired by the traditional ingredients and flavors of the southern U.S., Caribbean, and Mexico,” according to its website, and features an almost entirely carnivorous array of meals (it does have a short vegetarian menu with two options for sandwiches and many sides). With two restaurants in St. Paul and Minneapolis, this Twin Cities rotisserie was listed as a Gluten Free Friendly Restaurant by the Celiac Disease Foundation Twin Cities Chapter. While sandwiches are all priced under $15, meat dishes, such as smoked beef, can cost up to $37.
